Nathan Petersen-Gray has been the Director of Hills and City Construction for the past 14 years, specialising in medium to high-end residential projects. With 18 years of experience starting as an apprentice carpenter, his passion lies in innovative design and working with raw materials. Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with his family and has a fondness for camping. Having personally renovated four properties and completed one new build, his goal is to lead the company towards independent property development in the future. Nathan's greatest skill lies in his ability to connect with people, building strong relationships with tradespeople and clients alike.

Rowan Milne is known for his strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to improvement. Recently completing his Certificate 3 in Carpentry with Hills and City Construction, he is gaining confidence in his own unique style as a skilled tradesman.
Beyond his dedication to his craft, Rowan finds solace in the activities he enjoys outside of work. Surfing, traveling, and spending quality time with loved ones are among his favorite pastimes. What truly brings him satisfaction is producing work of exceptional quality and taking a moment to reflect on the day's achievements with a well-deserved cold beer in hand, surrounded by a team that has accomplished great things.

Jack Payn is a second-year apprentice Carpenter at HCC. With an insatiable desire to learn and a can-do attitude, Jack approaches his work with solid enthusiasm. Coming from a background in cabinet making, he now relishes the opportunity to be outdoors, working alongside the exceptional crew and learning from the very best in the industry.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Jack indulges in various hobbies and activities that bring him joy.
